During my recent stay at Masseria Palombara Resort & Spa, I was amazed by the beautiful green surroundings and the well-maintained facilities. The authentic ambiance of the place made it feel like a dream come true. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the stylish decor to the delicious food made from their own land, was truly impressive. The staff, especially Angelo and Fabiola, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The two swimming pools and the availability of bicycles for exploring the area added an extra touch of enjoyment to my stay. I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this unique place.

Masseria Palombara Resort & Spa - Adults Only was close to the city and offered plenty of restaurant options. the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, providing a warm welcome throughout our stay. the highlight was the delicious breakfast, which had a fine touch and used fresh, organic ingredients from their own farm. the resort itself was a wonderful place to walk around and offered a relaxing farm experience. It was perfect for couples or families looking for a peaceful getaway. Cons: Nothing everything was great! 😊.

The location of the resort was perfect for a relaxing Easter holiday. It was nestled in a charming and picturesque surrounding, which added to the overall ambiance. Another great feature was the beautifully decorated rooms that were clean and free from unnecessary clutter. the breakfast was delicious and consisted of fresh and locally sourced ingredients, which made it a healthy and enjoyable start to the day.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could be improved. the shower in the room could benefit from a glass panel instead of a curtain, as it would give a more luxurious feel.

We expected more from the spa, gym, and swimming pool, considering the amount we had to pay to use them.

The location of the resort is ideal, close to a beautiful small village and many other spectacular spots to visit in the Puglia region. Guests feel totally at home in the beautifully appointed rooms, which are peaceful and comfortable. the farm-to-table food is fresh and organic, tantalizing guests' tastebuds. the swimming pool and lounging area are inviting, while the surrounding land begs to be explored. the staff is warm and friendly, providing an authentic and family atmosphere. the resort offers bikes to explore the area.

The hotel is a stunning restored farmhouse with beautiful rooms and a tranquil atmosphere. The food is delicious with fresh produce from the farm, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

The stone beauty of Lecce, the rare wines, the labyrinth of the city center, the traditional cuisine with excellent wines - all made my stay at Masseria Palombara an unforgettable experience.

our second stay in oria was even better than our first! masseria palombara was an absolute paradise. the charming surroundings, friendly hosts, delicious organic food, and thoughtful attention to detail made our valentine's day getaway unforgettable. we can't wait to come back!

Breakfast could be improved.

The real star of the show was the onsite restaurant. The chef's tireless selection of the best local produce and careful matching with excellent wines created a dining experience like no other. It was like watching a master painter create a masterpiece with each dish, blending tradition and evolution with every bite. The flavors danced on my taste buds, leaving me wanting more, like a child in a candy store.

We recently stayed at Masseria Palombara Resort & Spa in Puglia for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The owners are incredible hosts, and their passion for the property and their attention to detail is evident in every corner. The food and wine were exceptional, and the breakfasts were a true taste of Pugliese cuisine. The renovated historical buildings and the guided tour of the excavations were fascinating. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the spa was a luxurious addition to our stay. our experience was unforgettable and we can't wait to return.
